FAMILY YOGA & STORY TIME
Sunday January 20th – 2 to 2:45 PM
Join me for this family-friendly yoga class at the Alachua County Library Headquarters Branch. Meet in the Storywoods room in the children’s section on the 1st floor. We may sing songs, have fun with active games, explore breathing exercises, and play with yoga poses. We’ll also practice our stillness and mindfulness as we read a few books together (story time will be led by Youth Services Librarian Jessica Miller). No need to bring a yoga mat, just dress comfortably. Free for all!

BREWERY YOGA
Saturdays – noon to 1 PM
Join me for yoga at Cypress & Grove Brewing Company in Gainesville, FL. This is a donation-based class. All levels of practice are welcome! Bring your mat and maybe a friend.

Gentle Yoga for Everybody- This class is appropriate for all levels of practice, and every body is welcome to join us! We’ll focus on connecting to our breath and explore mindful movement. Free! Just bring your mat / towel.

GOAT YOGA
Sunday March 10th – 10:30 to 11:30 AM
Join me for this fun class at Black Prong Equestrian Center. All levels of practice are welcome! We’ll focus on gentle yoga poses, connecting to the breath, and nurturing our connection to nature and animals (all in a gorgeous outdoor setting). And of course we’ll have time to snuggle and pet the goats, as well as give them treats (and even take photos if you’d like to). I’m very excited to lead this sweet class, and I hope you’ll join me! Bring your mat, drinking water, and maybe a towel as well.

Mondays – 6 PM to 7 PM – YOGA AT BO DIDDLEY PLAZA
Be kind to yourself with an hour of unwinding under the open sky at Bo Diddley Plaza. Meet me on the center lawn, all levels of practice are welcome! A mat, towel or blanket, water, and comfortable clothing are recommended. Class is offered for free, with donations appreciated.
(Every Monday unless otherwise posted here or on FB. In case of RAIN- We can hop on the stage for cover if necessary, but we cannot have class if the stage is too wet or if there’s lightning.)

Fridays – noon to 12:45 PM – LUNCH BREAK YOGA AT THE LIBRARY
Take a break with yoga at the Alachua County Library Headquarters Branch. This class is beginner friendly and appropriate for all levels of practice. A yoga mat, towel or blanket, and comfortable clothing are recommended. Always free to the community! Meet me in Meeting Room A, on the 4th floor.
