Thank you for your interest! Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, private yoga sessions can help offer you the support you need to thrive where you are right now.

I’m passionate about sharing the opportunities and benefits of yoga because I have experienced it myself. The teachings of yoga and a dedicated practice have given me a “safe place” to come home to for years now, giving me the space to take care of and check-in with myself. We may come to our mat for physical practice, but the lessons can move far beyond that place and weave into our daily lives.

My main goals as a guide are to encourage mindfulness, help empower practitioners, and provide an opportunity to rest and connect to oneself. I specialize in gentle yoga, restorative yoga, chair yoga, and yoga for beginners.

I believe that yoga is for every body, and would be honored to join you on your yoga journey.
